As an early disruptor in the education sector, our client has been recognised globally and named in the Deloitte Fast 50.
Now an international business, with Head Office in NZ, the team is completely remote.
The role.
As the Business Manager for NZ & Australia, you will be part of the SLT reporting to the Founder & Board.
This role will be critical in communicating the organisational strategy and aligning focus across key areas; Sales, Marketing, HR and supporting the CFO & Head of Learning.
Your day to day will include:

Most importantly, you need to be a natural leader, be passionate about developing individuals, build team capability, and be motivated by being part of a passionate, purpose-led business.
You will need to have experience working with different cultures and have an adaptable communication style.
You will need to have Sales & Marketing experience from a Service-based business; whilst you don't need to have directly done Sales, being able to think strategically about market growth, provide solutions, and understand best practice tools & processes is key.
As the team is completely remote, we are ideally looking for someone who understands how to build & develop culture, connection and communication within remote environments.
