As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you’ll work closely with clients to:
- Advise on job design and role alignment using market data and insights.
- Design recruitment processes, from attraction and branding to interview strategies and communication, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Connect and engage top talent, supporting them in finding opportunities aligned with their goals.
What you’ll bring -
- A natural ability to connect with people, understand their stories and match them with opportunities that support their growth.
- Curiosity and commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of business growth stages and strategy.
- Proven experience in agency recruitment, especially for mid-to-senior roles, with a focus on identifying leadership competencies.
- A genuine passion for recruitment and a desire to make a long-lasting impact.
- Experience across Sales & Marketing, Customer, Supply Chain & Operations, Digital and / or Accounting & Finance (we do not recruit roles in IT/Engineering, Data, Customer Service, Construction)
