‍The Role:

‍As an Architectural Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing expert architectural advice, managing key accounts, and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support.Owning the Wellington region, you will have greenfields to build and develop the Allco brand.  You’ll engage directly with architects, specifiers, and construction professionals, helping them select and implement the best waterproofing solutions for their projects.

‍What You’ll Be Doing:‍

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers.
  Providing expert technical guidance and advice on Allco’s waterproofing solutions.
• Driving specifications and ensuring Allco’s products are included in project designs.
  Managing key customer accounts and providing outstanding client service.
  Conducting product presentations, CPDs (Continuing Professional Development sessions), and training sessions.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless project support and solutions.
• Meeting sales targets and KPIs through strategic business development efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience within the building & construction industry; established networks with Architects would be ideal.
• Strong account management skills with a track record of building and maintaining relationships.
• Excellent technical communication skills, and the ability to translate complex waterproofing concepts into clear, practical solutions.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
